Vintage Matchbox 1989 Carousel Collection Horse Raindrop with Rare Coloured Stand and Pony Charms Bracelet

The Carousel Collection was a toy carousel with horses and animals produced from 1989 - 1991 by Matchbox. These were only produced for a limited time and are rare to find. They also came with a pony charm to add to a bracelet, and these are even harder to find as they were very easily lost. The bases were brass coloured for the first run and are more common. During the second production run they were changed to coloured bases, and these are more rare.

Raindrop is in good vintage played with condition, minor marks consistent with age. Body and paint is nice and bright. Hair could do with a condition! It measures approximately 15cm tall including the blue base, which is marked Matchbox 1989 underneath.

The charms are orange, purple and a reddy pink. They measure approximately 2 x 3cm and each come on their original ribbon.
